To ensure that an Advance Exchange
unit is sent immediately or that Credit is applied to your account, you
will need to provide us with some basic information.Ideally, you will be able to provide us with
the Serial
Number of the product. If this is not available then either your Purchase
Order Number or our Invoice Number are necessary along with a description of
the product being returned.
Once this information is obtained, please print then
complete the
Return to Manufacture Authorization form
and
FAX to (978) 392-1216. Upon form receipt we will forward you an Advance Exchange
unit which has been ECO'ed to the latest revision, or Credit your account.
